Refund policy

Our 14-day returns policy states that after you receive an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

In order for an item to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags, and must be in its original packaging. In addition, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at customercare@esemplare.it. Returns should be sent to the following address: Via Nazioni Unite 19, Collegno 10093, Turin Italy.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a previous return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage or if you have received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the problem and make sure to fix it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). In addition, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please feel free to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promo items or gift certificates.


Replacements
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, when the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags, and must be in its original packaging. Also, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, within 10 business days you will receive your refund automatically through your original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and make the refund visible.
Once more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at customercare@esemplare.it.

Right of withdrawal

  1. Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to give reasons and without penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in Article 5.1 above, Customer must send Pattern SpA a communication to that effect, within the terms indicated, to the following email address customercare@esemplare.it.
  3. In the event of withdrawal, the Customer must re-send the products to Pattern SpA at its own expense within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal itself:

The merchandise must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in its original packaging (envelopes and packages), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify its nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the conditions below:

  • the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (ex: accessories, complements, etc...);
  • for the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, seals, etc. ...);
  • shipping costs (and customs fees, if any) for the return of the goods will be borne exclusively by the Customer.
  • the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by Pattern SpA, is under the full responsibility of the customer;
  • in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Pattern SpA will notify the customer, to enable him/her to make a timely complaint against the carrier chosen by him/her and obtain a refund; the product will then be made available to the customer, at the same time cancelling the request for withdrawal;
  • Pattern SpA will not respond in any way for damage, theft, loss occurring during or in any way dependent on the shipment for return.
  • Pattern SpA will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/14), within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal, by means of a reversal procedure of the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not incur any cost as a consequence of said refund. Pattern SpA may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the Customer demonstrates that he/she has correctly returned the product, whichever is earlier.

In any case, the customer will forfeit the right of withdrawal in cases where Pattern SpA ascertains that:

  • the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
  • the product is missing its outer packaging and/or original inner packaging;
  • the product is missing integral elements thereof and/or accessories (e.g. fasteners, laces, buckles, etc.).

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Pattern SpA will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the sender the shipping costs and, where already refunded, the price of the product.
