Orders
To finalize the order, once the contents of your cart have been confirmed, enter the shipping address and choose the payment method you prefer between PayPal, credit card and bank transfer.
We cannot change an order once it has been confirmed; it is not possible to change the size or color of the items. You can, however, request the cancellation of your order by contacting our Customer Care.
Shipments
The purchased products will be shipped within 48 hours of order acceptance. You will receive the email to track your shipment as soon as the goods leave our warehouse.
Returns and refunds
To make a return, you must notify Customer Care at the email address: customercare@esemplare.it, specifying your name and surname, order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. You will receive a confirmation email with the address to send the return to.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used when ordering. If you purchased by bank transfer, we will ask you for an IBAN to finalize the refund.
