To finalize your order, once you have confirmed the contents of your cart, please indicate the shipping address and choose the payment method you prefer between PayPal, credit card and bank transfer (European countries only).
We cannot modify an order once it has been confirmed; neither the size nor the colour of the items can be changed. You can, instead, request the cancellation of your order by contacting our Customer Care.
The purchased products will be delivered within 48 hours from the confirmation of shipment of the order. For deliveries to be made outside the Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To request a return, you must notify our Customer Care at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying your name and surname, order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. You will receive a confirmation email with the return address.
The refund will be processed within 14 days upon the return, through the same payment method used while placing the order. If you purchased by bank transfer, we will ask for a valid international bank account number (IBAN) and the BIC code of your bank.
